Refund Policy

The Client is liable to claim for a refund in a case where:

a) Should the quality of our service, including the accuracy of the advice we have provided, prove to be inadequate or incorrect, we will provide a refund of the charges.

b) If your case gets rejected / unsuccessful or gets a negative assessment based on the medical condition, criminality, false information, misrepresentation of linguistic abilities or fraudulent documents of the applicant or any of the family members included in the application will not be the responsibility of the company.

c) Client also understands and accepts that no refund will be given if the client self-withdraws/abandons his or her application or decides to drop out, due to any personal reasons during the proceedings after he or she signup.

d) Neither consultant nor the RCIC, voluntarily withdraw the case and fake/fabricated documentation and information will become non-refundable.

e) The Agreement is non-expirable till the very end until the post-landing services are provided from our end. As we will be providing you with end-to-end Permanent Residency assistance.

f) We will be providing complete support to you with your family application process as well, there won’t be any extra charge required to pay separately to Nexus Migration.

Please note that a client will not be issued a refund should the client wish to end their agreement with the company before the time of Nexus Migration submitting the clients Immigration and or Visa application. A refund will only be issued once the relevant Governing body has provided a negative decision on the client’s case. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Nexus Migration guarantees the accuracy of the information provided to the client, It is our promise that once we receive a payment based on the signed contract, we will contact the client within 48 hours providing all the details of the initial process, otherwise full 100% refund will be returned to the client. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
